What happens after I order?

Step 1
You review everything
The shirt, your size and fit or your own measurements, and the price all appear together on one screen. Nothing goes into production until you are happy with it.

Step 2
We record what we made
Your size and fit, or your measurements and design, are written down against your account, so the next shirt can start from what we already know.

Step 3
Your shirt is made
Every shirt is cut and made to order. We aim to dispatch within four weeks — up to six if you are sending us a shirt to measure.

Step 4
It is sent to you
Royal Mail Tracked, usually two to three working days from dispatch. £4.95, or free on orders over £125.
How do you make it fit me?
A Shop shirt is made in the standard size and fit you choose, and the size guide gives the finished measurements for every one. Design your own and it is cut to a pattern of your own instead. There is more than one way to arrive at that pattern, and none of them costs anything.

Because each shirt is made to your own specification, the usual change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply once production has begun. Our cancellation and returns terms set out the full position, including the refund available in the first 48 hours.
