These terms apply to every order placed with SHIRTMKR. Please read them alongside our Delivery, Cancellations & Returns, Privacy & Cookies and Account Deletion pages, which form part of these terms.

Our shirts are made to your specification
Each shirt is made to the measurements, pattern route and design choices confirmed for your order. Because it is made to your specification, the normal change-of-mind cancellation right for standard online goods does not apply once the order-specific production process has begun. Your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet your legal rights are unaffected.
Prices and payment
- All prices shown are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
- Any delivery charge and any optional charges are shown clearly before you pay.
- Placing your order by pressing the payment button creates an obligation to pay for that order.
- A VAT invoice for every completed order is available to download from your account.
Placing an order
Made-to-measure and pattern-based orders require a customer account. You design your shirt, review the full specification and price, and then sign in or create an account to pay. Your order confirmation email records your specification and these terms in a durable form.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery costs £4.95, and is free where the final amount paid for the order is £125.00 or more. Full details are on our Delivery page.
Changes, cancellations and faults
Our voluntary change and cancellation terms, and how we handle fit, faults and returns, are set out in full on our Cancellations, Returns & Faults page. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Your account and your data
How we handle your personal data, including your measurements and saved patterns, is explained in our Privacy & Cookies page. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, subject to the process on our Account Deletion page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes may be dealt with by the Scottish courts. This does not remove any statutory protection you have as a consumer.
