Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every order placed with SHIRTMKR.
Please read them alongside our Delivery, Cancellations, Returns & Faults, Privacy & Cookies and Account Deletion pages. Together, these explain the terms on which we provide the SHIRTMKR service.
Our shirts are made to your specification
SHIRTMKR shirts are made to order using the cloth, design choices, size, measurements or pattern route confirmed as part of your order.
Because shirts made to your specification or clearly personalised are treated differently from ordinary off-the-shelf goods, the usual online change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply. Our own cancellation arrangements are explained on our Cancellations, Returns & Faults page.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Goods supplied by SHIRTMKR must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where applicable.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT.
Any delivery charge, pattern charge or optional extra is shown before you place your order.
When you complete payment, you are placing an order with an obligation to pay the amount shown.
A VAT invoice for every completed order is available through your SHIRTMKR account.
Placing an order
You will have an opportunity to review your shirt specification, fitting or pattern route and total price before payment.
A SHIRTMKR account is required where your order uses measurements, saved patterns or other account-based features.
After your order is placed, we will send an order confirmation by email containing the details of your order.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
UK delivery costs £4.95 on orders below £125 and is free on orders of £125 or more.
It is our aim to deliver within four weeks. Where this is not possible, SHIRTMKR will contact you at the earliest opportunity with an updated expected delivery date.
Full details are available on our Delivery page.
Changes, cancellations, returns and faults
Our arrangements for changes, cancellations, fit concerns, returns and faulty goods are explained on our Cancellations, Returns & Faults page.
Nothing in that policy or these terms limits the statutory rights available to you where goods are faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of consumer law.
SHIRTMKR is a trading name of Edinburgh Tailoring Company Ltd.

Your account and your data
How we collect, use and retain personal information, including measurements and saved pattern information, is explained in our Privacy & Cookies page.
You can request deletion of your SHIRTMKR account subject to the process and any necessary legal record-retention requirements explained on our Account Deletion page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
Any dispute may be dealt with by the Scottish courts. Nothing in these terms removes any rights or protections you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
