SHIRTMKR currently delivers throughout the United Kingdom.
Worldwide delivery will follow.
Cost
UK delivery is £4.95.
Delivery is free on orders where the final amount paid is £125 or more.
Cash payments, card payments and refund credit count towards this threshold. Promotional discounts, vouchers and referral discounts reduce the qualifying order value.
How your order is sent
Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked.
Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.
Tracking information is available on request.
Timescales
It is our aim to complete and dispatch most orders within four weeks.
Orders using our Send Us Your Shirt service may take up to six weeks, allowing time for your shirt to reach us, be measured and incorporated into your order.
Where the expected timescale changes, SHIRTMKR will contact you at the earliest opportunity with an updated expected delivery date.
If your cloth becomes unavailable
Occasionally, a cloth may become unavailable before production begins.
If this happens, or if we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you and offer a choice of:
selecting another cloth within the same price range
waiting for the original cloth to become available
receiving a full refund
Nothing will be substituted without your agreement.
Delivery address
You can change your delivery address freely before placing your order.
After an order has been placed, any change of delivery address requires approval from SHIRTMKR. Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.
