Cost
UK delivery costs £4.95. Delivery is free where the final amount paid for the order is £125.00 or more. Cash, card payments and refund credit count towards this threshold. Promotional discounts, vouchers and referral discounts reduce the qualifying amount.
How your order is sent
Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. Tracking information is available on request.
Timescales
Most orders are targeted for completion and dispatch within four weeks. Orders using our Send Us Your Shirt service may take up to six weeks to allow us to receive and work on your own shirt.
If your cloth becomes unavailable
If we become aware before production that your chosen cloth is unavailable or that a material delay is likely, we will offer you the choice of another cloth within the same price range, waiting for the original cloth, or receiving a full refund.
Delivery address
You can edit your delivery address freely before your order is placed. After your order is placed, a delivery-address change requires our approval, and no change is possible after dispatch. Please contact us through “Need help with a recent order?” if you need to request a change.
